"Youmuu's is a bad pick for any champ, and PD is a bad pick for Talon. You need a LW somewhere, so I'd replace youmuu's with that, and if you really like PD then just take TF instead, it's similar but actually guarantees some burst damage. PD is more of an AD carry item. Alternatively you could take "
