I don't know whether his abilities are similar to Talon's or not, but as he's an assassin that looks like Talon, I feel like I should pick him up and learn him. :D I doubt he'll be too much like Talon, there's no point in releasing 2 champions that are "

Back at 1224 now. And talon isn't really a carry. Most I can do is roam early-game to TRY and get my team fed, or at least build a cs advantage over their enemies, but then in teamfights, all I can do is kill 1"
