"RFC for damage, PD when you need more defensiveness (can be good in any situation though because of sivir's low range).
Never skip ER, it just straight up gives you more damage in team-fights than IE."

"Yeah, mid lane ezreal builds the same as ADC ezreal, you'll just have to adapt your laning to 1v1 rather than 2v2. And the only AS items you should be taking on ezreal are trinity force and blade of the ruined king."
