"Conqueror was pretty good before its recent nerf but now PTA and Lethal Tempo are back to being the only viable options, with PTA being generally the best."

"Alacrity if you're going BorK, Bloodline if you're not, and right now I recommend IE over BorK. The top of the guide is a lot easier to update than the text, so if you ever see them conflict it's almost always the top that's correct since it will have been more recently updated."
