"No problem, I understand you! Ezreal isn't in the greatest spot for solo queue at the moment but he's very high skillcap so if you put in the work for learning him it can be greatly rewarding. "CDR is a great stat but hitting the cap isn't mandatory. Your first 3 items give CDR because they're fantastic items even without the CDR and there are no better options. For that last 10% your options are the scaling CDR rune, usually not more valuable than the adaptive stat rune but I do so"
