"CDR is a great stat but hitting the cap isn't mandatory. Your first 3 items give CDR because they're fantastic items even without the CDR and there are no better options. For that last 10% your options are the scaling CDR rune, usually not more valuable than the adaptive stat rune but I do so"

"Usually AD with Bork is better now but sometimes going into Gunblade/Luden's is fine too if your team is AD heavy."
