Uh, I very much doubt that. When I was a Talon one trick pony in gold 1, I got my friend from bronze 5 to silver 5 in a week by spamming Draven, a champion I didn't even own on my main account at the time. I also had no idea how to play ADC. D"

"You could try the silver vs platinum custom game things if those things are still going on. At your level you won't see much of a difference between a plat and Diamond anyway, both are capable of making the average bronze player look like a monkey that's been taught to mash buttons."

Yeah, it does more damage per level than Q does and makes him more mobile.
