"Atma's Impaler is a really bad item. It's meant to be a mix of tankiness and damage, but it got nerfed to the ground back in season 2 when the strongest build for any bruiser was warmog's armor + atma's impaler. Since then it's been really bad and it really isn't worth building it on anyone."
