I agree, I just don't understand how anyone looking at her kit can think of her as balanced. Her Q is very low mana cost, low cooldown, decent damage, decent range, and on top of that, her ult makes"

There is absolutely no reason to put so many points in the offense tree if you're not trying to maximize his early-game damage."

"talon is definitely under-rated, but I don't know if he's as strong as the top tier champs. I would definitely say he's tier 2 though.
swain also, dunno why he's so under-rated when he has insane damage and it takes at least 3 people to kill him each team-fight.
