Who is the most under rated champions in LOL

[/quote] I agree, I just don't understand how anyone looking at her kit can think of her as balanced. Her Q is very low mana cost, low cooldown, decent damage, decent range, and on top of that, her ult makes her a BURST champion? Why should she have insanely strong harass if she's going to 1-shot you from full HP at level 6 anyway? :S Also her stun is basically impossible to avoid without flashing, it moves too fast to react to if you're just farming, setting you up for tons of easy jungle ganks. The only thing that makes her tolerable is her high skillcap. @ Embracing, maybe Nidalee mid was underrated in Korea and China, but in EUW a least she's been a common pick since season 2, I'm guessing NA too. :P[/quote]
