"Barrier is extremely useful on Fizz vs Talon, it turns the lane from hard to pretty even, considering you essentially have like 200 free HP in an all-in. You should also mention that getting an early kill whether by baiting with barrier or a jungler gank will pretty much make the lane impossible"
