The exact reason I play 
Yorick is that all you do is farm and harass and slowly but surely wear the opponent down and watch them get more and more frustrated because they can't trade, I once had a 50 cs gap between me and my opponent 10 minutes in.

He would just constantly spam all 3 ghouls on me and go all in on me, and his ghouls' AoE would CS for him. He literally spent the entire laning phase doing that as soon as he had the mana pool for it.

More recently I've grown to love just farming up a storm. It makes me feel content inside whenever I have 180-200 farm at 20 minutes while my opponent is barely at 150. Though it also tends to depend on what champion I'm using and/or if I feel like it. If I'm using someone like Morgana, then expect me to just farm it out and wait for teamfights unless I see a good opportunity for a kill (Be it through a gank or an all in on my opponent). If I'm playing someone like Riven however, then I play to outfarm you AND kill you.
And of course, adapt when I need to. I tend to prefer to farm it out since I'm horrible at making decisions on when/how to gank. Whenever I start ganking, I tend to tunnel vision into ganking more and lose out on CS.

than my opposing lane does.
If enemy doesn't react, I enjoy poking and zoning cs from enemy.
