"Mercy only affects auto-attacks. In-game it states "on basic attacks", and the mobafire tooltip says "on auto-attacks".
Starting with Rake does more damage early-game because cutthroat only amplifies it by 3% anyway, so having 10% extra damage on both your autos is more us"
