"As Lugi said, it just means it stacks faster. If 1 cleaver reduces 5% armor, 2 cleavers reduce 10% armor. But the cap still remains at 25%.
Start of season 3 was awesome tho. Stack cleavers all day erryday. Even if you're LeBlanc."

"I was once playing Draven in a normal, with my build as BT, Phantom Dancer and Last Whisper, when suddenly one of my team-mates said my build was trash and I had no damage. He followed it with "where's your botrk????".
