"Edit for my previous post. I messed up the math by using a factor of 0.003 (1 pt in Meditation) vs 0.015 (5 pts in Meditation).
So it is a difference of 4.7/5s vs 6.3/5s with the 101.25 mana from 9 mana runes.
You can only manage 2.97/5s with 9 0.33/5s mana regeneration runes.
