"v Vayne - try not to get killed. Request a jungle camp as you need to keep her from free farming which is basically what she gets to do in this lane. First item buy a Frozen Heart and damn the 400 mana. Thornmail and Ninja Tabi after that. Health doesn't help you here.

Yeah, I've been stomping with him in normals, so I finally decided to bring him into ranked.
The buffs he got in Patches 5.8 and 5.20 definitely helped.

"v Renekton he kicks your hiney early game. Just farm with cleavers until you get Sunfire Cape then you can trade with him pretty evenly provided you do hit with a cleaver.
