"A lane I can't figure out how to beat is Xayah + Rakan. Rakan has ridiculous gank setup and between the two they can layer their CC, so pushing doesn't feel like the right strategy, unless you just shove and back off so you don't really interact with them.

Am I crazy or am I remember them making the first wave have a ghost effect so you couldn't pull them to set the lane up to push to you if your opposite number wasn't in lane to contest you doing...
