ADC Tier List For Current Patch: "Diamond ADC tier list.
Assumes the player is good with the champion for them to be placed in their respective tiers.
The list can also shuffle around a bit based on your elo. A Bronze player should never touch Draven/Vayne/Kog and MF becomes S tier pretty much always up to plat or so (because..."

"Fine/good/great. Runes are situational. AD = better pre 6, lethality better post 6.
If you stomp lane vs eaiser opponents, or simply want a stronger mid game then more lethality marks is better."

"It was just some grammar fixes mainly.
The build is still lethality rushing for maximum damage, or BC/LW/DD for tank busting/splitpushing/dueling.
