"Hm passive change is interesting. Definitely adds another layer of strategy instead of just spamming spells for heals. However 7% may be a bit much considering it's a group heal. Maokai's passive that only heals himself does 7%; assuming he's balanced, you should probably lower Ayelia's heal %.
