"I just checked probuilds lol and not a single ADC takes E at level 2 from the first I looked at. Amongst which are: Deft, Rekkles, Piglet, Sneaky, Niels and CPT Jack.
If you're going all-in with vayne at level 2 you're simply doing it wrong. "
