"You can, but it's not as effective. Utility is #1 priority for a support and you get far more utility from items designed for that (locket of the iron solari, zeke's harbinger, ardent censer etc) than from AP to increase healing performance. "

"She's definitely better, yeah. I would however probably move locket up in your build; either get it directly after boots/sightstone or do not get it at all. I also think eye of the watchers is a good item on her still because of her new Q and the extra AP. "
