DFG removal is NOT about oneshotting stuff. It's about having to balance gameplay and champions around the existence of one single item, making it really hard to balance the game properly. "

"Guys, the only reason for DFG removal is balance. DFG isn't out of balance, but it forces Riot to balance all burst mages around that item. Without that item balance is a lot easier.
