"I can answer the first question for you: it sucks. Any ADC build must consist out of 3 different stats:
AD, crit, attack speed.
If you go runaan's you'll lack the crit damage therefore hurting your damage. "

"Watched that game live, it was a brilliant pick vs Mundo because of 2 reasons:
1) Poppy deals hybrid, %hp damage which means it's incredibly hard for him to tank his damage.
2) Mundo doesn't have the early game pressure to abuse poppy's weak early game
3) Millenium isn't comfortable laneswappin"
