"No its not an exaggeration at all. You get 30% CDR from just two core items + masteries meaning Lucidity are wasted from that point on. Mobis are superior in every aspect. "

Lucidity boots are an absolute waste because the standard support build for nami already includes a shit ton of cdr (you usually hit the CDR cap before 30 minutes into the game). Getting even more therefore is a waste.

Setting your league client to windowed probably helps as well but I doubt you'd like that. "
