"It's not just 'kinda sucky', it's really bad compared to what it was - less stats and higher price. In 90% of your games you should go for BORK - even in late game-, unless the attack speed goes to waste (tristana sometimes hits the 2.5 as cap) or if you don't need the passive at all."
