Scaling CDR blues seem good but I don't know what champion would prefer it over A) Flat CDR B) Scaling AP C) Flat MR. Also, considering most mages already have at least 25% CDR in their core build (athene's) I don't"

We won botlane pretty easily and I managed to get vi ahead really early with a flash+shield save. Gragas picked up kills and we snowballed from there. We just failed to win fights decisively so the game stalled out a bit longer than it h"
