"I wouldn't go as far as saying that, but elise atm is the better jungler. Fiddle could actually be quite good to take that new fourth camp with (single target damage & sustain). "

Elo clamping in division 1.
If your MMR isn't at the level of the tier you'd be about to get into promotion series yet, they'll give you +0 every game until your mmr is at the level they want...
