You can't stack 'spellblade' passives, you can't max a spell by level 8.
If you wanna build hybrid, use hybrid pen marks, armor seals, flat mr glyhps and quints of choice. Hybrid pen masteries are good as well. "

First of all, go 9/21/0 or 0/9/21 instead of 4/26/0. You should also reconsider some items like frozen mallet, ravenous hydra or spirit of the elder lizard because they overall are quite bad on udyr. Oh and your skilling order is quite messed up. "
