Things to (re)consider
Tryndamere jungle is pretty horrible, I would not recommend playing him in the jungle at all and I would recommend you simply remove the jungle build.
Lifesteal quints are far superior to attack damage quints in my opinion. "

Even your runes are sub-optimal.
I don't like having to write such a negative post, but you shouldn't write guides as bronze 5 - bronze 5 means that you are the worst of the worst.

"Just played a couple of ranked team games. The final one was super intense in which botlane got far ahead early game and where I snowballed a bit. Then we made a couple of errors resulting in two lost turrets, about 5 deaths total and a baron - but we managed to take the game home!

Personally I would never start boots of speed. My only optionals are doran's shield or rejuvenation bead + pots - doran's shield in pretty much 90% of my games.
