"The guide is decent but it is really short. Add some situationals, information on jungle paths, ganking paths, insec moves.
Also, doran's blade start is really good and I would spec your 9 points in defense a bit differently.

Seals specialize in defense, and armor is probably the best stat for a bruiser. It outclasses MR because most damage in the early game is physical damage, even against tops like vlad/kennen.
