Scaling MR glyphs. Personally I always go for scaling mr on tops because I feel like most AP tops (like vlad, rumble) need levels to ramp up their damage and deal little damage until at least level 5. Because of that I always go for scaling.

Depends on your team mmr, judging your team elo probably somewhere between silver 3 - gold 4. Not 100% sure though if your solo queue mmr even matters for 3v3 though.
