Corki because of mana issues and because the items that work well on him have been nerfed.
Taric because his W has been nerfed into the ground. You need about 300 armor to get the same aura as...

"Works, but would you make 100% reliable on your W which is something I don't like - it can also cause you to have to delay IE to the 6th item which is not optimal on any hypercarry - because you'll often need LW as 3rd/4th item. "
