"If you really have had enough, don't keep playing. Playing when frustrated/depressed will only cause you to lose more games. For me, I am actually having a little break from rankeds for now because I've had a couple bad games which caused me some frustration. It helps. "

Udyr support is like the worst idea ever though, lol. You'll get kited super easily and you don't have the gold to be tanky. "
