"You should really reconsider your rune and mastery choices, and on top of that your overall item build. Meta elise right now is heavy CDR combined with E max second. It gives you a lot more damage and overall, more combo rotations = more damage. "

Correct. Even though she can spell shield your Q you can pretty much poke her down and shove her into the turret 24/7 where she cant do shit. You can also easily pop her level 1 spell shield by using W before Q. "
