Thought I'd do a quick video of me running through a couple of standard pages (and some fun non-standard things). I don't know if they're optimal or not, but the changes are interesting nonetheless and I believe they open up for a lot more possible variety in rune choices. Feel free to discuss the choices I made here.
Also, I made one error saying my bruiser page was fit for shyvana while it doesn't have hybrid pen.

Honestly, I just didn't think of that but 6 cdr glyphs mean you're giving up about 20 AP late game. I feel like that's more valuable than the 10 flat AP you'd be giving up in my setup.
You can also consider using 3 cdr glyphs and 1 quint. There's very few champions in mid I wouldn't run magic resist on, at all.
EDIT: I'd also use Scaling Health Seals rather than Flat ones. They still break even at about level 6 (6.01). Pre-6, not a whole lot happens and as a solo laner you will be going through those levels pretty quickly as well. On supports I'd suggest the flat ones.
