"Spellvamp just is not worth it, only 33% of it will work, from your 20% you will only get 33% = less than 7% of damage dealt, it just doesn't work properly, it is good in lane to get a bit of sustain but after that the effect is just not big enough, also warmogs gets outclassed in every way by serap"
