Akali at the moment.
Farm till 6, get gunblade, get legendary at 20 mins.
Shes so strong now, u don´t even need the runepage anymore so shes even stronger :)

"Hybrid pen is actually good on singed if u are skilled with him.
Fling + Auto + Poison + Ignite can kill most top laners by suprise at level 2.
