"Currently warmogs to good to skip, get 1 armour and 1 mr item a warmogs and u can tank pretty well as his W is straight up broken :3
I usually get, brut/belt warmogs/cleaver then situational."

Frozen heart can be replaced with for example randuins omen, randuins is very nice, it gives good armour, more health than u would get from frozen he"

GA is currently not worth it if the passive is down and even if its up u will get instakilled when u spawn again.
Warmogs is a lot better for your survivability in my opinion especially when GA passive is down.
