wow, this guy is so good he got 180 experience after his game, that's pretty hard to do for a level 30 and not many people at level 30 chase a singed either.

It's out of date, so down voting till it gets a revamp or redone.

I totally disagree in this build, didn't work well.

Look at the new support tree and tell me that you can miss ALL these stats:
- 3 Mana Regen (Early sustain!)
- 216 flat Mana
- 3% Spellvamp (A bit sustain)
- Strenght of spirit grants you now 3 Live regen by 400 Mana.
- Bisquiteer highers up your sustain.
- 5% Movement-Speed which is quite needed since they removed Force of Nature

+ since the patch the Tear of the Goddess/ Archangel's Stuff scales every time on the Poison. Means you can rush a Tear of the Goddess for nearly infinite Mana and then farm like hell. = 20 mins RoA.

+ Archangel's stuff is now a really nice item on him:
- Shield by 25% if his actual mana
- 3% of his mana turns into AP

+ Banshees Veil and Frozen Heart are both really defensive items with a support component. You can either Bodyblock out a stun/spell with your Banshees or stay alive by just having this shield.
Frezen Heart also makes you tankier against these annoying AD-Carries.

This means we get: AP, Shield, Live and Live Regeneration for "just building Mana".
You nearly get 1k Live just by building this, you have way more AP than "normal" and you still have a slot open. If you still don't believe try it out, please.

The mana regen trick for early game is surprising however you won't be able to do anything on late game. Outdated build.

lol i'm not going to vote until you have a section on sky AA's. They legit increase singed's early game damage & survivability by SO much!

You may also wanna consider getting Mercury's Treads instead of Boots of Swiftness. Singed's Insanity Potion odes give good tenacity, but i think having 25 less MS and abusing his ult would be better. For gap closers, your team has Shurelya's Battlesong and you have Ghost which imo should be enough to do the job.

If you can, try to include some more pictures. Pictures are a pretty helpful way to explain everything that's going on.
In you aren't really stacking that much mana (i was suprised that you didn't even mention Frozen Heart as a substitute item), you may also need to go over invisible poison. If you don't know about sky AAs and all that good stuff, you may wanna check out invertedcomposer's solomid guide. Pretty legit stuff right there.

EDIT: i think you ar ealso understimating Enlightenment . At level 11, your singed would have 9% CDR from masteries alone. That means that your Fling's cooldown would be shortened by a whole second, and your Mega Adhesive by ~1.5 seconds. As you know, Fling is one of the most effective ways to initiate fights, disengage fights, and also separate a bruiser from your AD carry. That 1 second is crucial. It's less important on your Insanity Potion, but the CDR helps with fling and mega adhesive.

Well, multiple points speak against philosopher's stone and for catalyst the protector/ Rod of Ages:

• Your passive
• All the HP and AP if you combine Rod of Ages and Rylai's Crystal Scepter
• You don't need to rush Rod of Ages, the effect gained over time is overrated. You can delay it until later and for earlygame catalyst the protector is definitly better than philosopher's stone
• The possibility of building catalyst the protector into Banshee's Veil later.
• Why buy Warmog's Armor which only gives you 1 stat while Rod of Ages gives you 3 stats and is way more cost efficient?
• Mana Probelms

Also your survival and utility is a bit meh without real tank items like Force of Nature or Frozen Heart. Other than that, this guide is good formatted and nice to read on his specific way.

Let your guide beeing rated by someone in the forum, there are enough threads under "Buidls and Guides" at this. This way he can show you ways to improve your guide and make it more popular.

Wow OK at first i thought you really didn't like it. but you hate all build by the look of it.

I don't really like your build, if you need 40 minutes for RoA to become effective you are doing something wrong besides you buy warmmogs as last item so you are not going to be able to get stacks from it.

Your guide is pretty bad, the icons you use are too big and your spelling and grammar is horrible. I don't think this guide should be at the top 3.
