Hey there,
according to my knowledge (as non-top lane player), Riven is quite an easy champion to play. Maybe not the easiest, but she's mechanically a champion made rather for beginners. So...

I'm not a pro on Fiora but what I know is that you should try to take advantage of the small cool down on his passive that allows him to crit randomly. If you notice that he uses it on a minion, try to trade while it's on CD and then back out immediately afterwards.

I think you should add Zed (probably a rather hard pick) and Nocturne (probably somehwere around medium).
Otherwise I am agreeing with pretty much every champion on that list. I'm also glad Soraka top isn't a thing anymore.. xD That was a little annoying.
