How do i lane as a Fiora against Tryndamere...

If you notice that he uses it on a minion, try to trade while it's on CD and then back out immediately afterwards. Consulting your jungle for help pre six should also help, especially if the jungle has some hard CC like [[Jax]] or [[Rammus]] have in order to not allow him using his passive.
