remember, if you are only level 13 you will be matched vs other people at the same level that don't have runes or masteries either. Just use one of the mastery points every time you get one and buy the runes once you turn level 30.

true it is different, but the whole point of the rework, besides fixing old bugs and stuff, is to make it faster paced and more intense. With the new items, shrines, and lane lengths, it definitely will be more "non-stop action," not less. Kind of putting a bit of dominion spice "
