"I usually run exhaust so my AD carry can take heal. The idea is that you exhaust the enemy AD carry after your AD carry baits using summoner heal. Really though summoner spells are all about the team working together and getting a good summoner spell composition."

"Honestly I would stick the abyssal scepter in there somewhere, it will mostly solve your mr problems. Also consider MR per level glyphs, the cooldowns are nice, but only if the enemy AP doesn't start nuking you.
