"Hi Hawkken, I was wondering that since you did a section of some other viable runes... if the 1.5% Movement Speed Quint costs 2,050 IP and so does the Transmutation also costs 2,050 IP... would you consider having +3.0% Movement Speed and +2 Spellvamp more beneficial than having 4.5% more Movement S"
