"You're an RPTS, as in a Ranged Physical Tanky Support. As an RPTS, you tend to enjoy playing characters that take a few hits to go down, can help or prote"

In reality, it's a pretty bad item when compared to the other two Doran's. The first build is pretty bad too, but again, keeping newer players happy. W should always be max"
