I'd advise an early AoL just for something to turn your cloth armour into - but if not, a Philo stone from your HP5 item will be all you need.

You should NEVER rush a PD.
MF has an AS steroid in her W, adding a BF Sword would be giving her what's essentially double damage on her auto attacks, she already has suffice AS before some serious AD. You don't even stack Doran's Blades before you"
