To be honest I don't think there's a way to make these viable to be completely honest.

They did specify that Parrrlay itself got "better" than a slow.
We don't know until the rework really, maybe Parrrlay doesn't crit any more but stuns or something, we can't say "X is OP" before knowing all of the changes :)"
