When Xerath was released I thought he wouldn't be OP like other new champs.
After a while seeing godlike Xeraht, I wanted to try it myself. This Build helped my alot since I'm really new to LoL. I neither got oom nor in danger cus of dat imba range!!!!

"The difference is that ur build is an Hybrid build and mine an ap teemo. The difference in playstyle is clear. My build isnt made for fighting in the crowd but to run away and luring enemys around.
