"What ultimately counters Ryze is range, he has a shorter range then most AP mids so use that to your advantage. Hes most vulnerable early on being quite squishy, running oom fairly quickly and not dealing out any scary damage.

Good idea Riot, make a new skin for the champion with the most skins and if anything needs toning down not some aesthetic designs......
