"I know this is a german guide, just sharing my thoughts... IE should only be bought once, not twice. Last whisper is situational, you might be better with black cleaver there. You also have no survivability, which is also situational not to have."

"Your item build description does not follow your item build. Not sure why it shows you rushing last whisper in the build. Terrible idea imo, 40% penetration is situational, and only really good vs 100+ armor. I won't vote on this yet. Rest of it looks good though."

"Haha, I bet with my experience it wouldn't take TOO long... That depends on how often servers are down, and I hear they down quite a bit. Also curious to see how bad my latency will be, If I learn to play with bad latency, it can only improve my gameplay with good latency... no?"
