"TF with teleport and CV is OP. He already has a built in positioning tool, his ult. Perfect positioning every time if you know how. So much better than ghost or flash."

"@Trojan The thresh-hold for that is the HP total of 1050. If a target has less than 1050 HP, then Wits End will deal more damage, however if the target has more than 1050 HP, then MBR will deal more damage."
