Well, if you really do so well in your games, take
Teleport or just rundown and help middle/bottom lane.
Also without us at least seeing some of your post-game screenshots/stats, we can't really comment on your builds/csing/amount of deaths and without seeing an actual replay, we can't tell you what mistakes you made during the game.
So, if you want us to help you better than just us blindly guessing what you need help with, you should post some screenshots of your post-game stats or link us to your OP.GG profile.

His summoner was verified so I was able to find his OP.GG profile.
Here it is
From majority of his losses it looks like he starts dying a lot once teamfight phase starts, he's not running a very safe combo of summoners in most of his games as well.
Teleport and
Ignite. He opts for
Flash on ADCs, however keeps
Ignite which opens him up for an extremely easy target.

So I started at Silver 3... but no matter what... I shut down my lane, and usually stop the jungler a bit, but no matter what another lane will feed to no extent. Usually it is bot lane. 1 win out of 6 games is the usual.
Why? Is this common? Any feedback? Any suggestions?

Rotate, ward, pressure and push objectives.
People are really bad at this in lower elo, everyone just goes farm or kill mode in mid game especially gold and below. If you are the one putting pressure and pushing objectives you will probably win more than you loose.
I've noticed a lot on gold player that I've watched on streams and played with/against. They mostly play decently but they suck at forcing objectives and putting pressure on the map. If I play carries I always make sure to put pressure on all lanes before I join my team.
There are some times when it's probably better to team up, but in the majority of the times I rather trade a teammate for a enemy tower.
Welcome to an era of shorter games!
Word!
I always remind my team that objectives are more important than kills so please do not start to chase a support with 2 bars if you can take drake or a tower, etc..
Actually what I just started to do a few days ago seems successful (I've only lost 2 games since then). I sacrifice one summoner spell and always take
Teleport so I can split push. Even if I'm at mid or adc I go for it. I just need to ask them please keep warding their lanes so I can TP there. It is risky but if you have the right champion for it shouldn't be a case.
In hell (bronze and silver ofc) divisons people collapse under pressure which means if you hard pushing lanes (outter and inner turrets I meant) as fast as you can you have bigger chance to win.
And I know most probably dozens of people have already told you this but if you start to keep focusing on your gameplay then you will see the difference. I've been there where you are right now and have fallen back to where I am now because of constantly flaming those morons who had just bought a champ and without a trial run jumped in a ranked game and had now idea about which skill they should max out first or cases like this. Plus if your team (or at least a few of them) can see you know what you are doing then they will follow your calls. So yes, take the lead and be their captain!
Hopefully it helps..

Running
Teleport on ADC, and support is unwise imo, I could see you occasionally getting away with it at low elo since no one punishes weaknesses at said elo(s). Plat+ They'll abuse the fact you don't have heal or exhaust and just stomp on you early as they should.

Obviously a support is an exceptional role. You cannot really push lanes with a support even if you can clear minion waves very fast with
Karma R+E+Q but then it would take ages to take down a turret.
But just a very good example my last game yesterday. I was doing quite alright with Rumble at top and totally outplayed my opponent plus with my TP I could help my team in team fights. Once they realized I can be a problem late game they came 4v1 once to destroy my outter tower. Our bot was behind in everything (mostly in skills tho..) and I told them do not even look at top I can hold them back with half HP tower plus with my Zhonya just keep pushing now and farm do not stop until their inhibitor as they were at the inner tower. And what was the answer: "no, we need kills!". So I've lost my promo..
I am thinking about if 2 ADC strategy can work or not.. I mean ADC+Sup starts at top and another ADC who can farm alone starts at bot. Any thoughts?
EDIT: I take it back it is impossible to climb out. Just have lost 4 games in a row because of people who was born without brain. Time to uninstall this %!*-t!
